Y24 Yachting24 GmbH is registered with the competent licensing authority being the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, as an insurance agent in accordance with § 34d paragraph 1 of the German Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung) and is registered in the Intermediary Register under register number D-6RL3-O1CG3-72.

As a specialist in yacht insurance matters, Yachting24 not only designs the yacht insurance policies on offer itself, but also converts the cover concepts developed into insurance products with insurance consortia or individual insurers. The consortia with which Yachting24 co-operates are put together by Yachting24's specialists after extensive market research specifically for this purpose. Furthermore, Yachting24's system, which allows customers to select certain insurance options themselves in the hull cover area, guarantees customised insurance protection. Yachting24 offers its customers advice.

It should be noted that Yachting24 only offers its own insurance products developed with the participating insurers and cannot provide any further advice or selection of other insurers or products.

The remuneration for the brokerage of insurance contracts in the form of a percentage commission per brokered insurance contract is already included in the insurance premium.

Pantaenius Holding GmbH holds 100% of the voting rights and capital of Y24 Yachting24 GmbH.

Y24 Yachting24 GmbH has no direct or indirect interest in the voting rights or capital of an insurance company.
